BUILDING TYPES
There will be two building types.
Type A will offer 6704 Square Feet and will be the four exterior buildings of the project:
Buildings A , B, H, & I
Type B will offer 6445 Square Feet and will be the five interior buildings of the project:
Buildings C , D, E , F, & G
The sales of the space will be based on a first come first serve basis, in increments of approximately 1600 square feet.
Phase I consists of 26,298 Square Feet in Buildings A , B , C , & D .
Phase II consists of 33,002 Square Feet in Buildings E , F , G , H , & I .
The construction will be completed to “shell” product for the first four buildings.

Lease Option
